Firstly I would like to start off the review by saying many thanks to Improved Health LTD for providing lots of generous product samples for reviewing on here at The CBD Blog and for the continued support.
I recently reviewed Improved Health LTD’s Sour Jack Full Spectrum 90% CBD Vape Cartridge, which is a top quality vape product. Great effect and flavour.
It has been some time since I last reviewed any unique or full spectrum CBD Oils in the midst of all the broad-spectrum oils on the market
So I really enjoyed the change and opportunity to sample the Full Spectrum RSO CBD Oil.
Anyway let’s get straight into the review.
Taste & Flavour:
The full spectrum RSO oil has a nice mild earthy hemp cannabis flavour and is a rich, thick brown coloured oil.
I really like my full spectrum hemp CBD oils not only from a taste perspective, but effect wise also for health.
So I’m a huge fan of Improved Health’s Full Spectrum RSO CBD Oil here or the “magic CBD oil” as I liked to call it.
As much as I like my clear tasting CBD broad spectrum distillate type oils, there’s something about a full spectrum CBD oil hemp extract that really adds to the rounded effect.
I suspect some of the minor cannabinoids and other constituents of the full spectrum CBD oils probably contribute to the healthy effect.
The rich, thick, earthy hemp cannabis flavour also brings back nostalgic memories of some of my very first experiences with full spectrum hemp CBD oils.
Overall, the full spectrum RSO is a really nice tasting natural hemp CBD oil.
Effect:
The Full Spectrum RSO CBD Oil I found to have a really nice medicinal effect.
All of Improved Health’s CBD products I find to have a really nice supportive feeling for health and well-being.
Around half to a full dropper produced me a very potent anti-anxiety, relaxing pleasurable CBD effect as someone with a high tolerance to cannabidiol.
The Full Spectrum RSO CBD Oil has a good anti-inflammatory effect also I find, helped reduce my throat and esophagus irritation from heavy smoking.
Overall, if you are looking for a Full Spectrum CBD oil that provides a feeling of increased well-being and health, you definitely can’t go wrong with Improved Health’s RSO CBD Oil or any of their CBD capsules/oils for that matter.

Another great CBD product from the team at Improved Health LTD, who are fast becoming one of my favorite CBD retailers currently.
Price wise at £19.99 per 10ml bottle is once again extremely well priced and very competitive, especially for the quality on offer.
This is one of the things I want to highlight the most about Improved Health LTD products is how generously priced all of their products are from CBD to their health supplements.
