As the title says what strain of Cannabis are you currently consuming?
I'll start, i'm currently vaping a little bit of Tropicana Cherry.
Nice, citrus flavour on this one.
Having a RAW cone of some US Pink Nerdz I think it was called with a little bit of Banana Kush Moon Rocks which is like nothing i've seen before.
Will try to get some pics up on the site the next post.
Really intense banana flavour from it and a black coated sticky appearance, quite potent creeps up on you as a strong couchlock Indica.
Have had Moonrocks a few times, it's usually been more coated in the sandy type of hashes/pollen, where this is more sticky black. Never seen or smelled anything like it before, very interesting.
Smoking some PotterZ
(Potter Payper x Flavour Farmer) I think it's called.
Decent smoke.
Some Gelonade by Connected Cannabis Co.
Nice strain, too expensive here in the jars, good terpene profile and effect though.
Had the pleasure of sampling some of Green Karat Pave S1 medical cannabis flower recently.
Top quality.
Full of flavour with menthol being the dominant terpenes, along with some earthy, gassy terps.
Very potent.
On my last bud of the Herdade das Barrocas T30 Chapel Of Love medical flower today ❤️
Decent mid medical grade strain I'd say. Not quite the quality, taste/flavour or potency of the PaveS1 above though, which was top grade.
Another medical flower on today's menu:
Curaleaf® WPT T24 Wedding Pop Triangle
This one was a potent Indica for me.
Another pic of the Herdade das Barrocas T30 Chapel Of Love medical flower.
More of the recent batch of medical flower strains I had the pleasure of sampling.
Hexacan® HEXA08 T19 Shark Attack.
Another of the recent medical strains I reviewed:
Aurora® Pedanios T29 Sourdough Medical
(Parents: Sour Diesel (hybrid) x Wedding Cake (indica hybrid) x Other)
Nice dense buds on the Sourdough.
As you expect from the name, it has a mild sour tinge to the terps/flavour.
Even though its a hybrid strain, I found it to be a potent Indica.
Sampling more medical flower this week with Pure Sunfarms T21 Pink Kush from Canada.
Having been a huge fan of the Kushes from Canada back in the 2000s era from mail order vendors such as "Budmail" etc, I was interested to see how the current medical Pink Kush compared.
For the price at £6.00 a gram, it's well priced.
Decently cured dense buds with some trichomes, not the same structure/appearance as the classic Pink Kush in my opinion but similar in the new medical flower type of way.
I would say it was a moderate potency, it does have a strong Indica tiring effect so definitely lives up to its Kush name and more of an evening winding down strain for sure.
I think the only downside is that the Pink Kush is not overly flavourful or much in the way of taste, but for £6 a gram you cant really argue.
Some of Lumir® KKM T27 KK Mints that I enjoyed recently.
Original Cultivar: Khalifa Mints (hybrid)
Parents: Khalifa Kush (hybrid) x The Menthol (hybrid)
This was a really nice bit of medical flower, very close to the PaveS1 quality above.
Strong THC potency/effect which is exactly what I require to manage my ME/CFS, PTSD, depression and other symptoms like stomach problems.
Great flavour on the KK Mintz with a tasty menthol profile.
Sampling more medical flower goodies this week here at The CBD Blog
Up this time we have the Curaleaf® GCK T7:C12 Green Crack CBD Medical flower.
Original Cultivar: Green Crack CBD
Parents: Green Crack (sativa hybrid) x Unknown CBD (hybrid)
I was a huge fan of the original real Green Crack and had it many times over the years both from Canada and UK.
So I was looking forward to seeing how the CBD rich version compared.
It was actually quite a deceiving strain, I usually require high THC strains for my medical needs, but this one was really nice with the little bit of THC at 7% to balance the 12% CBD content.
Has that earthy hemp CBD flavour mostly, but has a little bit of a sharp citrus tinge to it when grinded.
Overall quite a nice strain for those prone to anxiety but still wanting a small amount of THC to balance.
Another recent medical cannabis flower I had the pleasure of reviewing.
Four20 Pharma BCP T24 Black Cherry Punch
Original Cultivar: Black Cherry Punch (indica hybrid)
Parents: Black Cherry Pie (hybrid) x Purple Punch (indica hybrid)
This was another decent medical grade strain, Indica dominant in effect once again, so more of an evening strain.
However, the Black Cherry Punch had one of the most unique terpene/flavour profiles I have come across.
I have sampled lots of Black Cherry and Purple Punch strains over the years, but have never come across anything quite like this in the flavour or taste.
The Black Cherry Punch had an almost black cherry gateau sort of flavour to it, with a hint of purple punch drink. Really tasty
