This week’s CBD flower review and up this time we have the Purple Haze from BUDBROS.
BUDBROS are a relatively new United Kingdom based CBD company specializing in high quality CBD flower, CBD Vape Pens and other Cannabidiol products.

The CBD Blogger Review
Firstly I would like to start off the review by saying many thanks to the BUDBRO’s team for getting in touch and for providing the very generous samples of their products.
BUDBRO’s as I mentioned briefly above are one of the latest UK based CBD companies to specialize in CBD flower, with a huge range of different strains.
But back to today’s review and we are starting off with the very unique and frosty Purple Haze.
Appearance:
As you can probably see from the pics above, the Purple Haze is a very unique, purple dominant CBD phenotype.
Absolutely caked with lots of trichomes and very frosty in appearance.
The Purple Haze has really well cured and formed buds.
Lots of dark orange pistils coming through, with some light green colour also.
Going to give the Purple Haze a 10/10 for the cure and appearance, as its some of most unique CBD I have sampled in a while and very high quality buds.
Smell, Taste & Flavour:
Upon opening the Purple Haze pack you are greeted with some nice, mild piney, hazy terpenes.
The smell isn’t overly strong, until you start grinding the bud up and then it releases a really nice, sharp, hazy, skunky aroma.
The terpene profile is very similar to one of the first strains of weed I sampled from Canada back in the days, it was a haze also but I can’t for the life of me remember the name.
So the flavour and smell of the Purple Haze brought back some nice nostalgic memories for me.
I tested the Purple Haze using both the Volcano Vaporizer and Arizers Air 2 Portable Dry Vape, and the latter this time surprisingly really brought out the tasty, hazey, skunky, cannabis flavour really well.
Flavour profile: Piney, Hazey, Skunky
Effect:
As mentioned above, I had the pleasure of vaping the Purple Haze using both the Volcano Vaporizer and Arizer’s Air 2 Dry Herb Vape.
The Volcano is usually the best for all flower, but in the case of the Purple Haze it was actually Arizer’s Air 2 which brought out both the flavour and effect best.
The Purple Haze has a very potent Indica CBD effect, just a small couple of hits from the vape and you can feel a nice classic heavy-eyed mood boosting effect building.
A really pleasurable and strong strain this one for effect.
The Purple Haze has a very fast acting euphoric, anti-depressant effect I find that I often don’t even get from real flower these days. Coupled with the fact you don’t get any anxiety from CBD flower, the Purple Haze is a very satisfying stimulating strain with a nice balanced heavy Indica effect.
Giving the Purple Haze from BUDBROS a 10 out of 10 for effect as it was a very satisfying strain and suited my medicinal needs perfectly.
Overall:
The Purple Haze has been the first strain I have reviewed from BUDBROS and i’m extremely impressed with the quality of the product.
Another very unique, purple phenotype that I thoroughly enjoyed reviewing.
I have also had the pleasure of testing quite a few of BUDBROS other strains in the mean time and I can say all of them are equally as of high quality.
Full of flavour, very unique terpene profiles, well cured bud and great effect.
Packaging from BUDBROS is also spot on, comes in very high quality, sealed and branded mylar packs.
I will definitely be keeping an eye on BUDBROS in the coming months to see what kind of CBD strains they have on offer.
